3. Can I return my custom piece if I’m not satisfied?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
4. What if there’s an issue with my custom garment?
If you encounter any issues with your custom garment, such as fit concerns or quality issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We’re committed to providing you with a garment that meets your expectations, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that satisfies your needs.

Typically, you can expect your garment to be ready within 3 weeks, but your stylist will provide you with a more accurate estimate during your consultation.

Once your order is placed and the design process has begun, making significant changes may not be possible. However, minor adjustments may be accommodated depending on the stage of production. We encourage clear communication and feedback during the design consultation to minimize the need for changes once the process has started.

Proper care is essential to prolonging the life of your custom garment. We provide care instructions with each order, but in general, we recommend dry cleaning for most of our tailored pieces to maintain their shape and quality. For casual wear, follow the care label instructions for best results.
